அன்று ஒரு நாள் தன் செல் போனை வீட்டில் விட்டு விட்டு சென்று விட்டான் ராகவன்.அது அவனுக்கு அலுவலகம் சென்ற பிறகு தான் தெரிந்தது.அவனும் அதை பெரியதாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ளவில்லை .ராகவன் ஒரு மென்பொருள் அலுவலகத்தில் பணி செய்து கொண்டிருந்தான் .அவன் செல் போனை வீட்டுக்கு சென்ற பிறகு பார்த்து கொள்ளலாம் என்று விட்டு விட்டான் .மாலை அவன் வீட்டை கொஞ்சம் சீக்கிரமாகவே அடைந்து விட்டான் .
முகம் அலம்பி விட்டு தன் செல் போனை தேடினான் .தன் படுக்கையின் மீது தான் இருக்கும் என்று நினைத்து சென்றான்.செல் போனை எடுத்து பார்த்தவனுக்கு அதிர்ச்சி " 12 Missed call" .அதில் ஒரு நம்பரில் இருந்து மட்டும் பத்து முறை அழைத்து இருந்தது.யாராக இருக்கும் என்று அந்த எண்ணிற்கு அழைத்து பார்த்தான்
" ஹலோ "
"ஹலோ சொல்லுங்க சார்"
" இந்த நம்பர் ல இருந்து என்னைய யாரோ !!!"
"ஆமா சார் இது இந்தியா காங் பேங்க் சார்"
அவனுக்கு எரிச்சலாக வந்ததுஎதற்கு அழைத்தோம் என்று நினைத்து கொண்டான் அந்த குரல் தொடர்ந்து பேசுவதற்கு முன் " ஏம்மா உங்களுக்கு வேலையே இல்லையா நீங்க என்ன நாங்க எல்லோரும் வெட்டியா உகர்ந்து இருக்கோம் ன்னு நினைட்சிங்களா !!!! நீங்க பல்ல காட்டினா நாங்க விழுந்த்ருவோம் ன்னு நினைப்பா ?"மறு முனை போனை வைத்து விட்டது .அவன் எப்பொழுதும் இந்த வங்கி பெண்கள் அழைப்பிற்கு இப்படி தான் பதில் அளிப்பான் .கொஞ்சம் அமைதியாக பேசிவிட்டால் தன்னிடம் Creditcard,Insurance விற்று விடுவார்கள் என்று உறுதியாய் நம்புவான்.
மறுநாள் அலுவலகத்திற்கு செல்லும் போது எதோ வேண்டாதது நடந்து விட்டது போல் எல்லோரும் கொஞ்சம் வெறித்து பார்த்து கொண்டிருந்தனர்.அவனுக்கு எதுவும் விளங்காமல் தன் இருபிடத்திற்கு சென்று அமர்ந்தான் .
தொலை பேசி ஒலித்தது "Can you please come in "
"Yes Sir"
உள்ளே அலுவலகத்தின் எல்லா பெரிய மனிதர்களும் அமர்ந்து இருந்தனர்.
"நீங்க என்ன செயஞ்சிங்க நேற்று ?"
இந்த கேள்விக்கு என்ன பதில் சொல்வது என்று அவனுக்கு தெரியவில்லைஅவனது பணிகள் எல்லாவற்றையும் முடித்து விட்டு தான் நேற்று சீக்கிரம் வீட்டுக்கு கிளம்பினான் புரியாமல் விழித்தான் .அவர்கள் பேசட்டும் என்று காத்து இருந்தான் .
"உங்களால் ஒரு பெரிய ப்ராஜெக்ட் கை விட்டு போய்டுத்து தெரியுமா !
"என்ன சார் சொல்றீங்க ?"
"நேற்று இந்தியன் காங் கால் வந்து தா ?
"ஆமாம் சார்"
"அது ஒரு இன்ஸ்பெக்சன் கால் நம்ம அவங்க Customer engagement க்கு தான் சாப்ட்வேர் செய்ய போறோம் .நாமளே அப்படி நடந்த எப்படி அந்த ப்ராஜெக்ட் நமக்கு கிடைக்கும்.
ராகவனுக்கு தலை சுற்றி கொண்டு வந்தது .போன வாரம் இந்தியன் காங் ப்ரீ ப்ராஜெக்ட் மீட்டிங் தான் கலந்து கொண்டதையும் ,நேற்று அவன் நடந்து கொண்ட விதத்தையும் நினைத்து நொந்து கொண்டான்.அந்த குழு அவன் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க போவது உறுதி செய்த போது அவனுக்கு அதை மீறிய குழப்பம் தான் மிஞ்சியது.
எங்கோ பேசி நண்பர்களுடன் பேசிக்கொண்டிருந்த போது விவாதித்த ஒரு கருத்தை தழுவியது.

Nice story.. but the knot was not so good.. " Normally client makes sure that u are aware of the call, then he/she mails u. then goes for a call.. with all your reporting managers are there.. ideally client calls will be a conference".. so i dont think there is a good logic behind this story.... But one thing i should say" if u smile.. do i need to get a cerdit card" this line was really good as i have experienced the same lot many times.. even they say "sir iam fomr nellai.. please help ur city girl for getting a bonus.. blah blah blah".. But karthick i would tel you be like che guvera.. let your thoughts bring out fire.. let your thoughts bring radical changes among the readers.. i belive and i know that u can do this..

thanks vinoth ..u have been a patient reader of all my writings.Might be because u know me since i was in class V.i am trying to be radical ,this is just to release the mood of the blog to another.like the ananthavikatan oru pakka kathai.
Sadly the knot was understood properly by readers..This is not a client call of business.The customer engagement is a broader term and usually the principal company is being tested by the client to modulate the protocols for the deliverables.this might be a inspection call.Company has the freedom to give employees numbers as the marketing team openly sells "Our company has the team who frame the model for customer engagement " I have done it and some of my guys have been trapped in this also.
